Royal Pizza - Edmonton

My wife and I have enjoyed the pizza here since 1971.. Unfortunately, the quality now is disappointing... We have always rated this location as the best pizza intown.. Not even close now.. After 50 years of quality, that is no longer the case,

My husband drove to pick up our order only to be told they had mistakenly given our pizza to someone else. They then offered him a different pizza that had been ordered by another customer!

Ordered from Hy 's location yesterday and decided to pay in app and select contactless pickup. Arrived and called restaurant as instructed when I ordered only to be told sorry, I cant do that right now cause I am alone you will need to come in . Not impressed and would have left but I had already paid for the pizza. Went into restaurant to find 4 people inside all working. Sorry Royal Pizza you just lost a customer. Good food but not so great service. .. too add insult to an already injured party, the pizza wasn 't up to its usual standards.

From its Grand Opening in 1969 I’ve been a fan of Royal Pizza. A couple of weeks ago I discovered they opened a place in Calgary. Same outstanding pizza and excellent services. I had Fred’s Special Gourmet pizza. If in Calgary stop in at Sage Hill Shopping Plaza across from Dollarama. Take out only de to COVID 19

We have been supporting the Blue Quill location for over 30 years they are under new management. They promised the quality of the pizza would remain the same, not true. My pizza is burnt 4 out of 5 times when we order, I will not be paying $27.00 for a large pizza that is burnt. Time to find new pizza joint! Always burnt pizza on the weekend!
