Pizza Hut - Edmonton

Ordered 2 medium pizzas for pickup. They obviously had a cancelled order so, they threw pepperoni on top of a cheese pizza and get them to us... tasted terrible and was probably old.Honestly, I have never complained online before but this was the worst pizza and worst service I have ever received.Offered me a $10 voucher for my next order... seriosuly

Rating for the employees working here would say are misinformed very rude the food quality wasn’t bad.It was just the experience when it came to making an order and asking a question on one of the deals where I kept getting Told no and she kept acting like she couldn’t hear me when she could.Got over charged for a deal which online states $9.99 any type of topping for a pizza or any side, but instead charged for way more.They need better costumer service skills.

Very friendly staff, but pizza we ordered well done was slimy on top with uncooked dough. We had to re-bake the whole thing, but really there wasnt much but dough on this pizza to eat. Flavourless, bland sticky dough, inadequate sauce, a cheese strand just here and there. Not the Pizza Hut of the old days. We won’t be back.

Decided to try Pizza Hut’s hand crafted crust ? Was delightful and delicious ?Not greasy nor heavy and plenty of cheese! Grabbed an order of ? pull-a-parts to go with our homemade Caesar ? and oh my what a feast ?

I ordered Triple Pizza Box with stuff crust and picked up from the location of 28th Ave 66 Street, stuff of both pizzas were half empty, there was no chees in them and the edges were so hard so much so we could not even chew. They looked like someone made them 12 hours ago. I have never gotten pizza like that before. All the slices were so thin and hard and the topping was looking like 12 hours old, Cheez can be seen bearly on the pizza. I was so embarrassed b4 my family and friends. I also ordered two gluten free pizzas, and the edges are so hard even it wasn't even chewable. The total amount I paid for the order was almost $96 and I got very very disappointing pizzas. I will never recommend anyone to order pizza from that location.
