Pho Hoan Pasteur - Edmonton

The quality here is excellent; you can visit every day and the taste will always be spot on. Be sure to try everything—you'll thank me later! Their iced coffee is the best, and I highly recommend dish #16 and the house special. The onion cakes are absolutely delicious too. Their menu is filled with delightful surprises!

The broth here is incredible, and you can customize it by adding your choice of protein and vegetables. The prices are very reasonable. The place gets busy during lunch from 11:30 AM to 1 PM, and many customers prefer to order takeout to skip the wait. If you happen to be seated right away, be prepared for a little wait for your meal to be prepared. The booths are quite comfortable, but the tables in the middle of the restaurant are a bit close together. There's a steady flow of people picking up their food. This is the best pho I've ever had! Both the west and south locations are fantastic. Enjoy your visit! I recommend trying number 16; it's delicious!

Updated review: Avoid the Wonton egg noodle soup! I ordered the large size, but it wasn’t as big as a bowl of pho and the taste was disappointing. It definitely isn’t worth the $15 price tag. I was here about three weeks ago, and while the pho was excellent, our order arrived quickly despite how busy the restaurant was.

Pho Hoan Pasteur is one of the best places. I usually order the colors in vermicelli.

The service was good, the restaurant clean. But my soup wasn't that hot, the salad rolls were tiny and the beef in them was overcooked imo. But the people are nice but I thought it was quite pricey too.
