Panago Pizza - Edmonton

Ordered a pizza with a coupon, assuming that?s why I had these problems because they were making as much money on me. Ordered a pizza for pick up and when I picked it up at the appropriate time I felt like the box felt a little bit cool but had my nine month old in my arms as the parking lot was full so I had to park a little ways away. I got home within 10 to 15 minutes open the box and the pizza was cold and completely chewy would not recommend.

The most consistent and fresh pizza out there. Always a treat.

Chipotle Chicken pizza might be the best pizza in the entire game. Cant say much about the store itself but the order has always been correct and the food has been delicious. Thank you Panago keep up the good work.

Fantastic food and amazing service. Classic panago!! Sanitizer starts out a little extra slimy but finishes surprisingly clean with a subtle yet pleasant fragrance. Would recommend.

I agree with Scott with comment above, all of their stores customer service is 0. Same thing happened with my dear friend. She ordered pizza from these people from years and these people makes tons and tons of mistakes baseline location is the worst, there manager delivered the pizza recently and my friend said hello to him, when he left my friend opened the pizza boxes and the pizza's were cold and lot of things were missing and the order was wrong as well. She called the customer service and they said the same thing as WHY DIDN'T YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE and hung up the phone. My friend got really upset as she paid tons of money for this order and she asked to speak to the manager, the customers care people said the manager is not there and when he/she's there she will give you call back. No one called her instead they put a huge note on her account claiming it's my friend's fault and they even said she verbal abused the manager which was UNTRUE. These staff put everything on the customer get there a saved. One of the delivery driver is really rude too, he basically threw the receipt on my friends face. Very poor behaviours of these staff and the manager. Our whole family and relative are not ordering from any of these panago pizza stores. I guess they like loosing there customers over helping there unprofessional staff. Very sad!
