Moxies St. Albert Trail - Edmonton

I had dinner on the patio last night and it was one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time! Our server, Kessler, was exceptional, providing phenomenal customer service, a positive attitude, and excellent recommendations. Every dish and drink we tried was amazing, and I would absolutely return to the patio whenever Kessler is working! (If there are multiple Kesslers at this location, ours was the one with beautiful, fiery red hair!)

I took my husband and son to this Moxies location for dinner today, and it was our first visit. Our server, Damion, was very friendly and provided excellent service. I ordered the Prawn Thai Curry Laksa, which included mushrooms. Although I'm not allergic to mushrooms, I preferred not to have them in my dish. Chef John was very understanding; he came to our table to explain that the sauce contained mushrooms but promised to remove as many as possible. I reassured him that it wasn't a major issue. When my meal arrived, I was pleased to find there were no mushrooms at all, and to top it off, Chef John personally delivered the dish to our table. We really appreciated this exceptional service, especially considering how busy the kitchen was. A big thank you to both Damion and Chef John for making our experience so memorable. We definitely plan to return to this location!

This restaurant is quite good overall. The food is satisfactory, the drinks are enjoyable, and the staff is very friendly. However, we found that the staff could improve their attentiveness and timeliness. Despite this, their friendliness made for a pleasant experience.

I celebrated four family occasions there, and I was impressed that the chefs even stepped out of the busy kitchen to inquire about our preferences and any special dietary needs. The team offered honest suggestions and were responsive to all my questions. They helped me plan my special day, accommodating specific dietary requirements with their expert recommendations. I highly recommend this location and want to thank the staff for their exceptional service, patience, and care, which made my day truly special. And the food? Absolutely amazing! - Bonnie
