Little India Ltd - Edmonton

I am a great fan of Indian food and have tried little india on recommendation of a friend. the buffet is a very reasonable price, but consider this going through before they decide. the personal can tell them what dinge are vegan. in the night when I was there, it ended only 2 of the main dishes that were vegan, so I would probably order in the future instead of the buffet if the choices are limited. I tried (samosas, reis, saag-curry, a suppe) I found them all to be tasteful with something spicy. overall a good experience.

The most authentic Indian food I had in edmonton, and the atmosphere of the restaurant makes them feel that they are actually india. the place is owned by the new asian village franchise, but is aimed at a clientele, the authentic Indian cuisine and atmosphere over commercial food and atmosphere that offers its sister restaurant. the portions are huge, the meals are cheap and there is no lack of super delicious vegetarian food, many of the choices are in the did vegan. the buffet is $15 for all you can eat, including salat and dessert (not vegan). the very friendly staff is happy to show the vegan dishes. the samosas are simple, spicy, huge and only $1. enough said, go there if you like genuine Indian food.

The food, delivery and service we received from these people was absolutely terrible. The food was inedible, it was missing one of the two dishes we ordered. We payed $80 for a dinner that all had to go straight in the garbage anyway. When we called to inform them we were told tough luck! Tough luck? What?! They wouldn't even refund the missing meal $30) They just don't care which is unbelievable. Then instead of trying to offer any sort of apology to make it right they report you to google to remove bad reviews without any acknowledgement. Do yourself and your family a favor and go somewhere else!

Another wonderful lunch experience. Best to arrive when food is fresh so check with the restaurant when the buffet opens. Chai is wonderful.
