Why do I always feel like I'm bothering the staff when I order? Blonde haired girl making the sandwich couldn't even made eye contact. The lady at the till Jo Anne would make a good prison guard. I asked for a box or bag. Jo Anne quickly said no but the brown haired younger female grabbed me a box. Great customer service from her. thankfully the food is good

Always great. It's VERY busy at peak times. Lunch is frequently lined up to the door. I wish the layout was a bit better for things like picking up pre-ordered platters, but it's the only possible criticism that I'd have.

My go to is sunflower bread, chicken salad, sprouts Lettuce tomato hot mustard and dallop of mayo 5/5.Fav sweets are their pecan Tarts and mince meat fruit) pie and apple of course.Service is always efficient.

The server that has bleach blond hair is not at all friendly.We asked for an egg sandwich, she seemed like robot without any smile, very abrupt when asking for our order.Not a good experience.However. The tall brunette was pretty pleasant.

The wrap platter was especially disappointing, featuring large empty spaces and soggy wraps. The mini quiches were served in tart clamshells, which I had to transfer to a proper platter myself. To make matters worse, part of our order was forgotten, necessitating a trip back to retrieve it. The cheese, grapes, and cracker platter—costing around $80—looked like it had been put together by a young child. It consisted of Ritz and saltine crackers, scant amounts of cheese, and a meager line of grapes, all with excessive empty space on the platter. As caterers ourselves, we had trusted Fifendekle to deliver a well-executed service. I chose not to call or request a refund because, ultimately, the damage was done. I was left feeling embarrassed by the quality of this catering.
