Fat Franks - Edmonton

I had a great experience at Big Jumbo Dog. The bun was fresh, the hot dog was perfectly cooked, and the toppings were all fresh. The service was fantastic and I will definitely be back.

Yesterday, I stopped at a small restaurant for a hot dog and it was a pleasant surprise. I took some time to look over the menu and found a variety of options to choose from. I decided to try the Rueban dog and it was delicious. The sauerkraut was crunchy and not soggy, which I appreciated. The Montreal smoked meat was also great and I was able to get it on a whole wheat bun with a large hot dog. Thank you for a fantastic meal.

I like the burger here. I got it with blue cheese... My companion also liked their hot dog selection (Glutton free). They stopped the orders of the courts so that those who actually came did not wait for their orders.

I visited this facility regularly, I liked her poutins. For a while, the poutins became unconsistent, so I didn't get here so often. Then I had lost an order and after a while the superior (I suppose the guy was the superior) asked me what I waited and I told him a poutine. He apologised, apparently gal on the line tortured the order ticket, and then made me my poutine and gave me a loyalty card full stamped so that my next poutine was on Fat Franks. Today I went back to Fat Franks, ordered a poutine and gave the loyalty card to the young employee for payment. He told me I couldn't pay for Poutine, and I answered that it was for Poutine, and that's the only thing I ever got at Fat Franks. He said he wouldn't accept the loyalty card. I pulled out a bill of $10 to pay and told him I'm not back, he told me to leave the facility. I am a professional employee with 50s man and thus being addressed by an insoluble little pup not old enough shave is absolutely unacceptable. I'll never visit other Fat Franks again, EVER.

We arrived on a Friday night after a tough week. The two ladies working couldn’t have been nicer. They took the time to explain the poutine ingredients and make recommendation. I enjoyed the fancy pant poutine while my wife and daughter each had Mexican fries. As my daughter is celiac we really appreciate being able to get a gluten free poutine for her.
