Emperor's Palace - Edmonton

I came here last night for a team party and it was a good experience. that is definitiw authentic eating and a thing I noticed there was a lot.

Make sure that they ask the person to repeat their order when they order for the pickup. we ordered deep fried shrimp dumpling (long ha gok) but was damped.

Last weekend (Mar 11-2023) we celebrated my husband's birthday with a group of 10 ppl. I chose Imperial Palace because of my experience with the Dim Sum they have, which is one of the best in town. I'm so glad I decided to go here. I ordered 13 dishes for the table and each one was wonderful. The food came out quickly, and every dish was hot pierced. The flavors were amazing and the food looked spectacular. When everyone came in, they could see that this was a good choice for dinner. Do you know that quiet humor happens when the conversation around the table stops and everyone starts to enjoy the food? It was very obvious. The variety of flavors that we had so complicated each other. One of my highlights was the damped fish on Tofu. I'm not sure what's going on in this court, but it's amazing. The salt and pepper squid was a big hit as well as the Japanese cubed beef, the green beans, and, oh the mixed mushrooms with water chest was sooo delicious. Fantastic variety of mushrooms with so much taste and texture. I put this in my list of favorite dishes in town. The women who took care of our table were very appealing and helpful. Even though they had to visit another big party this evening, our server took the time to help us choose a delicious selection of products for our group. I still get news from our guests who talk about the wonderful evening and the delicious food. 10/10 Imperial Palace! We'll be back soon. Go on what you do... It works very well!

Shame the emperor. Worst timsum ever in Edmonton. Too salty and stunned my tongue. You'll never be immersed again.

Last year, this restaurant has shown a reliable comeback in taste and service. After the lock-down, I had two other dim-sum three weeks ago. Good portion size, good value and good flavors.
