Earl's Kitchen + Bar - Edmonton

We have come here over 50 times already. Service us always fabulous! Food is always A1! I have nothing but good things to say about this Earls. Our first pick for any occasion in NE Edmonton.

I always enjoy to visit earls but this location is very friendly and food is phenomenon staff are so friendly I would recommend any one to visit

I have been to this restaurant several times. This time the service and food were average. The real problem came few days later when I noticed on my credit card statement that I was charged on two separate days. I called my credit company to figure out what happened. This took an hour in its self. The credit card dispute department told me someone from Earls had take my credit card number down and entered it manually the next day.I called the restaurant concerning this and talked to the GM. With a very caviler attitude he said it was a mistake and said oh we have lots of 18 years olds working here????I asked him well does this happen a lot well yeah it happens? Really you double charge people cards without their knowledge and you don't see this as being a problem.It has been a two weeks and I still am yet to see the money back on my card. The GM also never offered compensation for what I would consider fraud. I have not been offered and explanation on how this happened other then well our system crashed.

Just returned from here. I used to go here and lot because it was walking distance from home - decided to go back and unfortunately my server seemed more upset someone was sitting in their area. She visited a lot with another table. My drink came out the same time as my meal (generally comes way before.) I had the special bibimbap

We went as a group of 5 2 nights in row, as we were in the area on business. It took awhile on both nights for our server to come over, introduce herself and take our drink order. Ordering food took equally as long. The food came out sat enough and was good, but again, the servers took long to come over and ask for replenishment drinks, and eventually the bill. Atmosphere and food is good and what you would expect in any Earl's, but make sure you have time as the servers are young, and exceptionally slow.
