Denny's - Edmonton

This was horrible ON MY BIRTHDAY I GO TO HAVE A NICE BREAKFAST AND I MADE MY ORDER AND WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED ... I HAD TO WALK UO TO THE HOSTESS AND TELL HER MY FOOD WASNT AT MY TABLE AND I WAS SICK OF WAITING I ASKED FOR HEAD OFFICES NUMBER AND SHE GAVE A SURVEY NUMBER.... LIKE REALLY? IM SO MAD ... **** SERVICE !!!!! THANKS FOR THE AWFUL BDAY MEMORIES DENNYS

Its a denny's. Nothing more, nothing less. Simple comfort food. Staff are professional. Always pretty crowded.

The food was okay but the real highlight of our breakfast today was our server, Princepreet: she was such a delightful young lady and a terrific waitress: prompt, cheerful and attentive. Wish we could ask for her by name all the time!

This restaurant has the worst service I have ever experienced, and this is the third time I have been disappointed with their poor management. The waitress apologized for my food being sent back twice and for the delay. She even offered to take back my bacon a third time, implying that I was not smart enough to know what proper bacon should look like. I was left wondering where the management was, as their presence was severely lacking.

Our server Sandy has worked here 22 years and honestly it's the best service at a restaurant, full stop, I have had in years. Extremely attentive, friendly and warm. It's rare these days to find someone who is great at their job, enjoys their job and takes pride in their work. Denny's, give this lady a raise! Only complaint was the bathrooms, I know they must have just been cleaned because the floors were wet, but there was a very unpleasant smell. Otherwise they were clean and stocked. The food was fantastic, we had almost 2 plates of food each for $13 a person. Such great food for the price. I'm going to keep this place in my back pocket, we will definitely be back!
