We look forward to correcting it. Thank you. I'm very unhappy with the birthday cake I ordered myself for my birthday. This cake has hardly any vanilla ice cream on it, it is mostly chocolate ice cream. This is not at all how the dq ice cream cake should be, I have bought many of them in the past. Because this is our family tradition that we do every year! I'm just very disappointed that I spent $40.99 on a cake we don't like at all. If I had been able to bring it back to get my money back, I would, because this is how dissatisfied we are with him. Also they did not even write the message in the color that I had requested on the website order that I had placed. It seams that at this particular place they do not do their cakes like all other places. This was our second cake we got from this location I got very disappointed from this location. I'm not gonna buy ice cream cakes from them again.

This place is great. The manager here is very friendly and he made sure I was happy. At first there was a problem with my order, but the manager made sure he changed it and got me what I wanted. Burger was brilliant and Blizzards just slept in my mouth. Thanks mate always comes

Great customer service, corrected my order. Manager at this point was so courteous, we are very grateful. Staff here deserve to know they are great at their jobs.

I loved going to this place personally for years, but obviously it was disturbed by the Kovidenschlag. However, they are on Skip and we were able to order from them at 1 o'clock (which is great as all the other locations I had available closed at 11 o'clock).

The dining room and drive through were closed but I had a really good experience here for the first time in a long time. The lady taking my order was a little challenging to understand with our language barrier but she was friendly, fast, and she understood what I was saying just fine. The food was fresh and very neatly prepared and our blizzards were made perfectly. It was nice to see that giving this place another chance was well worth the risk.
