Cora Breakfast & Lunch - Edmonton

This is usually a great place. Well was our favourite morning go to. But came here lately and most meals can’t be altered. I can’t have peppers due to dietary. So if they are removed so is all the other add ins. They are all mixed and added together. Leaves a very small window of what to order.Now they have no children activity books or crayons. They laminated the kids menus for multi use but then take them away after ordering. These menus helped with kids waiting for the food.Will have to try another place to find a new favourite.

Amazing strawberry waffle and super friendly staff. Everyone here was super Amazing!!! Great food all around my table. The strawberry waffles have a ton of strawberries!!! Refer to photo below

Ate Brunch at Cora’s Clareview recently and it was decent. Food and drinks were good and presented nicely. I feel like the cost is a little high for what you get but not too bad. Only problems I had were: 1.When I ordered (I ordered the custard fruit crepe) the waitress asked if I would like bacon or sausage on the side. I responded bacon. I later found out we were charged extra for the bacon. This extra charge was not mentioned by the server, I assumed it came with the crepe. I kind of felt cheated.2. Food service was fast, however when we asked for a coffee refill and some napkins, they didn’t come. We had to leave before we could be served the refill. At $4.50 for a relatively small coffee cup, it would have been nice to have a refill. Waitress seemed cold, rushed, and not engaged.

Been eating at Cora’s for a over decade. The food is presented very well and the taste is delicious. I have tried a variety of food and they don’t miss. Taste is consistent and the service for most of time is great!

To be honest, the food isn’t always amazing. When it’s slow, you can tell the potatoes aren’t freshly cooked (just being held at temp) and the bacon is rock solid. When it’s busier food tends to be a bit better since I imagine they go through product faster! The service, however, is amazing! My kiddo and I have been coming since moving to the area. Dennis, Cherra, Aida and Eleanor are phenomenal! They’re so kind to my daughter and are just lovely and so hardworking! The owner manager is also lovely and always has a smile and kind word. It’s really them that keep us coming back. Thanks for being so lovely and welcoming!
