Browns Socialhouse - Edmonton

We have spent thousands of dollars at Brown's West Henday over the years and had great relationships with many mangers and staff. But then, a couple of months ago, my wife and I were at Brown's West Henday and I complained to Brady (the restaurant manager) because he was sending free shots of liquor to his already drunk, foul mouthed, loud, employee sitting at the bar (who was apparently either off shift or on his day off). Then, when we went back this weekend, we were KICKED OUT of the restaurant! Apparently, my wife and I are now BANNED from the establishment because I had previously complained to the manger about the gong show at the bar. Unbelievable! The place has really gone downhill Brown's needs to hire new staff that are more mature and don't have drinking problems! Good riddance.

Ordered a couple of Southwest rice bowls with the blackened chicken. Our server was great and understood our dietary requirements. The food was delicious and a lovely dining in experience overall.

They missed an order that we paid for. After reaching home, hungry and tired, called them only to find an extremely rude manager who still was training to “figure out” the system. She talks over you and all what she could offer was for me to go back and pick up the missed order! Food quality this time was much below average. Will certainly not be ordering there again! Recommend to fire this manager before loosing more customers !!

Second time here... great service, great food... not too loud, even with home team playing NHL Playoffs.

The food was good, staff good but you couldn't talk decently because they have the music cracked to loud.
