Brewsters Brewing Company And Summerside

Went for supper with a friend, place was packed so we sat in the lounge. Despite being supper hour and it being VERY busy, the waitress was attentive and efficient. Much appreciated! Started with the honey butter wedges, which were a recommendation from my friend and they were delicious! Not spicy at all but very flavorful. I had the Brewster's burger and caesar salad as a side. The burger was very bland and lacked in the way of condiments to add flavor. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing spectacular either. I love burgers, but would not get this one again.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite while our kids were at their activities. I ordered hot wings that came out so dry they were rock hard. I didn't mention this to the waitress and ate them in spite of the poor quality. I have usually found them to be quite good in the past. I was very disappointed to say the least. I won't be back for a while or at all.

Grabbing a bite to eat while we take in the Oilers Game. Try the blackened steak pizza. It's a tasty treat. Margaritas are very good too.

Stopped in for lunch. The gyoza were hot and tasty. The soft drinks were flat and watered down - I realize this is a beer bar, but still. I ordered the Quesadilla with salad. The Quesadilla was good and hot, but the salad was limp and overdressed and gritty? The salsa was dry and the Guac was brown? My husband got the chicken sandwich and was pleased with it. The server was inattentive, didn't check drinks until we were done. I wouldn't come back.

Brewsters offers a great beer selection on tap and the meatloaf with mac & cheese is absolutely to die for! It's the must try menu item for sure!
