Boston Pizza - Edmonton

Thanks for the suggestion BP. I already emailed you the day my visit. I checked the option to have a manager contact me but here we are. Changing my rating to 1 star for the copy paste response.The music was so loud I had to scream at our waitress. Also had to scream at my husband across the 2 foot table.Went to use the washroom. 2 servers were standing in the doors of the 2 normal stalls taking away. Had to use the disabled stall. There was no handle to close the door, it had been broken off. There was only a half exposed screw I had to pinch the screw to pull the door closed. Not sure how someone with a physical limitation would have been able to actually maneuver this set up.

The location is very conveniently located right near Rogers Place, but that was also a downside as it was very busy and we had to wait for a table. But other than that it was a fantastic meal. They were super helpful with all my dietary restrictions and allergies.

It was good here food was so good. The burger, the pasta, pizza, wings were so good. Service was great as well. The beautiful black lady with dreadlocks hair was amazing. She was patient through our order, got us our food in time. We enjoyed our experience.Kid-friendliness: They have kids friendly foods and a high chair.Wheelchair accessibility: They had wheelchair accessible doors and also from the road leading to the restaurant

Exceeded expectations--thought this would be just a pizza joint--with terrific service and amazing food!! The spaghetti and meatballs dish I ate was delicious; one of best Italian meals I've ever eaten. A friend ate the Carnivore Special and Loved. I recommend BP highly.
