A&W - Edmonton

The drive through employees are absolutely horrible it seems like they clearly work on 1 brain cell. She charged us for extra sauce on our burger when we asked for extra dipping sauce for the fries, she decidess to charge us for the extra sauce .63 cents!!!!!! Btw which is no problem if it was OUR FAULT! what makes it even worse is the blatant attitude to your face, as if we’re inconveniencing you, I really hope one of your higher ups see this and re-trains you all on good customer service.

Everytime I come here I get awful service and bad food. I asked for fried onions cooked with seasoning salt, they had no clue what i was talking about, and insisted on warning me about too much salt; fried onions with seasoning salt is a staple A&W thing for me. Then another time I went for 2 lattes, and after the server was done making them thrust them in front of me, spilling them all over the place and saying enjoy , which felt more like K, now get out of here .I hate this location!

Not pleased, used the app to order pick up and things were missed by the staff. No way to get a refund of missed items. No phone number to call A&W Canada at either. They offered to have come back to the store and have things fixed, but all I wanted was a refund. I will not return or use The A&W app ever again.

The food was delicious. The staff were friendly. The service was quick.

I found 6 hairs in my eggs before returning them, they got me a new order but the manager said I don 't see no hairs in here and wouldn 't let me show him some.So unsanitary
