Teriyaki Way - Edmonds

Unremarkable and flavorless. The proteins are cooked way in advance and have absolutely no character or flavor. The teriyaki sauce is ladled on afterwards so there is no caramelization or char on proteins.

Used to work in U District and have been looking for a good Teriyaki restaurant for about a year. I have found it! I ordered basic Teriyaki chicken. The chicken was very flavorful and tender. The sauce was one of the best I've had. Not salty like some oher places. The salad dressing came on side so it didn't get watery like I've had before. Portion size was great. I have leftovers. Also it was very clean and the woman who helped me was very sweet. So glad to have found this place.

The chicken was lacking flavor and quite dry. They served a large portion of rice but only a small amount of chicken. Considering the price, Panda Express offers a much better experience. There's something off about this place...
