First time here, went with a local who recommended it. Not disappointed! Had the umami burger. Cooked as asked to medium rare. Excellent! Great variety of Japanese, Asian, American fusion. Highly recommended. For Seattle aera, I think medium priced.

The food here is absolutely amazing!! I'd give 10 stars if I could. The short rib and the ahi poke tacos are what we tried. Both delicious!! The service was good, the space felt a bit cramped but the food is worth it 100% !! Highly recommend! Cabt wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!!

Celebrated our anniversary and wife’s birthday. Chef Luis, was an excellent host as was the staff. The food was amazing, I lived in NYC, and ate at many high end restaurants with a great variety of food on their menu however Bar Dojo, has to be one of the best restaurants my wife and I ever ate at. Interesting culinary concept. The appetizers and desserts were super delish, but my burger was overcooked and tough.

Anything you order from Bar Dojo is delicious! Some of my favorites are the poke tacos, the bao buns, and their truffle fries. Their desserts are the perfect amount of sweetness, not overly sweet. The service is amazing, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Our server, Stacy is one of the best in the business! She is such a kind person who's always making sure we're happy and taken care of. She definitely brings a smile to our faces everytime we see her. She is one of the main reasons we keep going back!
