Incredible! This place is the real deal, everyone. You can truly tell that everything is made from scratch, and they go the extra mile to ensure your meal arrives perfectly presented. The whipped cream is homemade, and you can actually taste the vanilla. The key lime pie was so delicious that I felt like I was conducting an orchestra with my fork after each bite. As for the chicken sandwich? There’s no iceberg lettuce here—just high-quality ingredients, and it’s evident in every single bite. Give them a try; don’t hold back!

I absolutely love this place! The food is incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the classic buttermilk dish, and definitely add a side of their delicious coleslaw to your sandwich—it elevates the flavor! It’s best enjoyed when it's fresh. A little tip: you'll find them inside Arne’s.

I am absolutely horrified by my food experience with this place. I ordered to and my Nashville hot chicken sandwich was completely soggy, the bottom bun had completely obliterated by the time I started eating (see picture). How is it even possiblefor a bun to fall apart like that without tampering? Overall, the flavor was dismal, the chicken was seasoned poorly and thebatter was underwhelming. Furthermore, I ordered the Mac cheese, which tasted like box mac n cheese topped with some cheddarflakes. Ultimately if this place was priced as fast food then I would understand, but for the price, it 's definitely notworth it. Gastronimers should seek a chicken sandwich elsewhere. This is most definitely not the place

During my visit, I discovered that Chk a Boom operates as a takeout spot via Arnie's rather than being a standalone restaurant, which made it somewhat confusing to locate. The signage could be clearer. The chicken sandwiches are well-made, juicy, and packed with flavor. I tried the Nashville Hot sandwich, but I found it wasn't very spicy at all. It ended up being quite messy, and the 10-minute drive home resulted in a soggy bun. The pickle fries were delicious, though they were rather greasy and damp from the container. My friends enjoyed their Thai Sweet Chili and Bourbon Brie chicken burgers, describing them as very tasty. However, I felt the prices were a bit high considering the size of the burgers and the competition in Seattle. I would order from here again, but I’d make sure to eat it immediately nearby at the beach.

Picked up a Nashville chicken sandwich to split with my fiancé. Wow this chicken boom was a mouthful of flavor. Very surprised at the sauce just great. Chicken was high quality and the bun and toppings completed the sandwich. This was a trial we will100% be back to try all flavors. So happy to have a nice quick affordable high quality grab and go chicken sandwich to eat indowntown Edmonds.
