I had the fried catfish tonight with sweet potato fries and fried green tomatoes. My husband had a chicken fried steak sandwich with fried jalapeño poppers and jalapeño hush puppies. Everything was soo delicious!! It was what I will describe as "authentic comfort food". The catfish fillet was as big as my arm and tasted fresh, like what I remember from our family vacations to lake texhoma growing up. My husband said the chicken fried steak tasted like what I make at home (that's a good thing lol). I don't normally like hush puppies but I could have eaten my weight in the jalapeño ones tonight.

This place is so good. I would always go here if they were open every single day.The pie is to die for I can't say anything bad about this place you must give it a try.

Papa G's has become our favorite restaurant. We love the catfish. It's the best fish that I have ever had. The deserts are amazing and taste home made. The owners treat everyone like family, and the outdoor zoo is adorable!

Friendly environment and fresh cooked food. Had the catfish and it was delicious. Their desserts are also amazing. Pecan cobbler is a must. We will definitely be back.

Best food around! Everything was fresh and prepared as ordered. It was great. They even had a small petting zoo in the back with donkeys, guinea pigs, and a beautiful white horse! Not to mention the great scenery out back. I will definitely be going back!
