McLaren's Pantry - Edmond

Charming Soup/Salad/Sandwich Shoppe and Bakery.. This is a quaint little place tucked into the corner of shopping center. If it wasn't for Urbanspoon, I would have never known its existence. Staff is friendly and helpful if you need direction in creating your order. The sandy shoppe/bakery is clean and openly laid out with bistro-style seating. The sandwiches are great as well as the quiches they sell. To be honest, the soup (“Creamy” Potato Bacon) was a little thin for my liking, but had great flavor and won't keep me from coming back. P.S. GET COOKIES!!!

I've been going to mcclaren since I taught at orvis risner years ago. eating is beyond comparison and I am especially pleased to chat about our common Scottish heritage. we pick up sandwiches and cookies for tired travelers tonight.

Her shortbread is incredible! I've never been a short person, but someone at work brought a pack of tasty shape mclaren's and I could try it, and now I'll eat it more often. I want to try her sandwiches.
