I was not going to write a bad review. Our reservation was on Valentine’s, so I chalked it up to the restaurant not being prepared for a large crowd. We were there for an hour and never had our order taken. We tabbed out having only ordered drinks and edamame. Looking around we could see that the kitchen was way behind and cut our losses. However, I received an email from open table chastising me for not keeping my reservation. The restaurant reported us as noshows. They didn’t have someone checking people in as we entered. It was chaotic and not handled well. We were displeased with our experience, but more so with the restaurant complaining about us
