Bayside Pizza and Pasta - EDITHVALE

Beautiful the pizzas remind me of what I had received 15 years ago from an Italian place in niddrie, before everyone started to escape neapolitan and wood fire when the contest was about who could perfect the commercial pizza oven. just like I remember. fast turnaround, great value and great taste.

Took a successful business and flushed down the toilet. marketing 101 know their customers. when they call themselves “Cap” does not mean that they can control a ship that does not run on the floor. I stopped buying pizzas here when they began to change the ingredients and promote the mediocrity, which seems to raise new with every new “page order” and new “Meal”. it is laughable that the current owner criticizes the former owners. speaks volume.

Had heard much positive feedback about this place so was about time to confirm for myself.Tonight’s experience however was a bitter disappointment.When ordering for myself and my 4 year old,we ordered a large family with the lot. As none of the ingredients are listed I asked what these were and requested for half the pizza to have no mushrooms, capsicum, onion, olives or pineapple to cater for my child’s taste.Waited about 20 minutes which wasn’t too bad considering Friday evening and rail crew around.Arrived home to find olives, mushrooms and pineapple over entire pizza but also found the salami was the hot variety which I don’t mind but not my child who doesn’t do anything spicy as yet.Called to work out a solution which they offered another pizza and delivered in about 30 minutes.Called again after 45 minutes to confirm delivery and was told driver left 20 minutes prior. This didn’t add up as we’re about 10 minutes from the shop.55 minutes after the new order our delivery arrived and yet again they’d not listened to the order request of no olives on half the pizza.This caused further upset to my child as well as my own frustration.Clearly this establishment has undergone a change of management as tonight’s experience would have been dealt with a much higher level of customer service in addressing my concerns.No recommendation from me.

The best pizza we had in bayside! Lots of toppings, great crust, exactly as per the menu and more! We had tree different kind and all were really amazing! Can’t wait to order again! Highly recommend it! Look forward to trying more

First time order and got delivery but half the order was missing. Phoned restaurant twice leaving a message for someone to phone me back. The restaurant didn't call back and no other way to speak to anyone (phone number just had a voice message). Disappointing. Better pizza places around (with better service).
