Whaley's Bar And Restaurant

We were on our first trip to Edisto Beach. A week. We visited Whaley's twice for lunch and dinner. The seats are available in indoor or outdoor areas. We sat fast. Fried shrimp and flounder were from this world. Large parts. Homemade chips excellent. Coleslaw is not just filler. Very good. Great sweet tea. Do not overlook these local favorites! There are several possibilities on this relaxing slow island, but choose Whaley 's early on your holiday. You'll have time to come back!

The food was good the drinks were excellent BUT the bathrooms were a shame investing a few dollars and repairing them. Bring them up to encoding someone with a handy cap would never be able to use them and honestly have to go outside to use the bathroom room is simply not cool

Great food and simple veranda vibe. Love her specialty! One of my fave spots on the island.

Great fish and chips, a really delicious Ahi Tuna nacho appetizer and fresh fried pimples. Fast and friendly service and fresh food. This is a nice quiet location with outside seat.

Love the buffalo chicken salad with a maitai on the side . Service was quick for togo even though some sauce spilled out.
