Woops! Macarons (menlo Park Mall)

I've often been standing in front of the pandemic at Menlo Park Mall to Woops. Once things began to open noticed that the quality was no longer there. The people employed there were either one their phones not to see whether customers need help and the display lacked inventory of Macarons, so I assumed that the products were not in stock. Everything changed for me on 10. November when I just finished shopping in another store. I met Teja (I apologize in advance if I didn't write his name correctly) who currently runs the Woop stand. First, the macarons are delicious and fresh, but my assessment focuses on the level of customer service and professionalism that I have received from Teja and how he has maintained his workplace. Teja was very attentive and gave recommendations to try Macarons. He then advised me a reward system I had no idea about until he introduced me to him. He also explained the map that has a QR code where you can place an order online and even write a review. The work ethics he brings to the company is impeccable and he really takes care of the customer. I went back to stand 12. November because I bought a suit for an interview. That day I saw him wearing the Woops and the stand was very busy. Although I was busy, I observed the same first-class treatment he gave me also went to other customers. He greeted everyone with a smile. Many people would take the time to order or even talk to him as I did. The right person for the job will always achieve positive results, and that is what happened. I personally put a call to Swathi and her husband to let her know the level of customer support and maintaining the Woops are excellent. Everything was cleaned. The display was filled with mascara and flooded with the eyes of many customers. I have advised them to keep this young man on board and make him a manager or to apply him to a higher position and even increase his pay for his work ethics.

The Woops team at Menlo Park is always so professional and fast. You always get my order quickly. You are definitely my way to my boss' gifts.

Swathi!!! The Macarons tower we ordered for our daughters Sweet 16 party was simply ?Fantastic?. She (friends) absolutely loved every last one and pretty much ate all of them ?? The added feature of having a picture of her on the Macaron was one of the highlights of the party. The taste was wonderful. Thank you!

I always liked the Macarons here. this time was greeted by Teja and he let us taste a new chocolate that I and my daughter loved, always a good hold for some treat.

They are always very friendly and offer new flavors. Customer service is excellent and the treats are also delicious. definitely coming back here
