Food and service excellent, atmosphere great. Temperature in the restaurant on the cool side, problem needs to be addressed.
There is nothing better than being recognised by staff and treated well. Tim, Anna and the chef (sorry, I don't know his name who made my delicious risotto made my quick pre-theatre dinner completely stress-free. The chef beamed from ear-to-ear when I took a moment to go to the open kitchen to thank him. It the little things that make the world a better place :
Zizzi's is the only place I know where you can select courses from a proper allergens-related menu (gluten-free, dairy-free, etc. . And the staff know to take these things seriously. My risotto was prepared without butter or cheese and was simply *delicious*. Superb :
