It is a small but friendly independent caffe in stockbridge. the personal was very accommodating when I asked if they could heat up my "pastal de nata", it was no problem. other clientele ordered suppe. it looks very popular with the lunch bags. only critique is that they do not make any of their cakes or their own coffee beans crushed in the house.
New young on the block on the Stockbridge scene. extremely tiny, but cozy and perfect for a casual meeting with friends if they like something like that. they stick to the sandwiches that are made beautiful with great combination and do not interfere with the cake unless they get one of their custard darts. crisp baked and smooth eggworms marry in a delicious mouthful

Had we been there later in the day, we'd have been tempted by the bagels and sandwiches on offer too. Wonderful friendly service, laid back atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone visiting Edinbugh...read more
