Gautam's - Edinburgh

I visited many places in Edinburgh, but this was my first time at Gautam's, and I was not disappointed. Even without a reservation, I received a warm welcome. The Indian cuisine was incredibly delicious—well-prepared and beautifully presented. It's rare to find restaurants in the area that maintain authentic flavors while catering to local tastes, but Gautam's excels at this. The staff is very friendly, and the seating is comfortable and clean. We truly enjoyed both the food and the hospitality. The biryani was outstanding, and the portion sizes were generous, leaving us very satisfied. I will definitely be back—it has quickly become one of my new favorites!

It was a Christmas miracle to stumble over this restaurant, open on Christmas day. the food and service were great! warm and comfortable

Absolutely brilliant! Got a take out Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Pakora, Pilau Rice and Garlic Naan and wow. It’s so delicious such huge helpings for takeaway and I still wanna eat more! Definitely try this if you love curries.
