Garibaldi's - Edinburgh

This was my second time at Garry's and was very dissapointung. I am 18 years of age and was refused entry after seeing many UNDERAGE people entering the club. All security guards were very rude and insisted I was ‘drunk’ when in fact I had...one glass of wine and was very sober. My ID was not even looked at and I was denied entry after being told I was ‘chucked’ out of a bar across the road I visited four hours prior to the visit. My visit to this club was humiliating and frankly very disappointing and the company should be ashamed. Even after asking to speak to the manager I was lied to my face, with one security guard insisting he spoke to the manager however he had been standing outside the whole time alone. I think the fact that every single guard was a MAN was sexist and frankly unfair that they assumed I was intoxicated however how would they know? I hope that the owner/manager sees this review and understands the utter embarrassment they have made themselves into and should really inform their guards on what a ‘drunk women’ looks like.

We requested Caroline three times. THREE TIMES. there is a line of disrespect, and the dj crossed it.

I went with two friends, we're all completely vaccinated. the system that it previously proved to be vaccines was erroneous and therefore refused to enter a friend, although it had two alternative forms of vaccination. bouncer had a knife and pointed out that we betrayed us. we felt intimidated and vulnerable. After he tried to prove vaccinations, he then told us that he called the police, we told him that we should do this because we hadn't done wrong and he used again profane speech to insult us. after that we didn't want to give them our business and went away as he continued to abuse us. if garis does not fire this under 6ft, disguised bouncer with a God complex, they can expect no one from edinburgh uni to return to this facility.

I'm double vaccinated, but garibaldis wouldn't let me in because her system was down. the bounce then told me that I was "f off" although I had been in the club at night before. he wouldn't even prove the other one that was vaccinated, that I had with me and he really scared me. he was extremely rude and intimidating, and under 6ft. really explains everything. Fire him or no second year edinburgh uni come back.

Sent to garibaldis with two of my gay friends and they were kicked out by the owner after two minutes disgusting.
