Elliot's Restaurant - Edinburgh

Terrible experience Very expensive, poor service, no real restaurant, room hot (couldn't fix during four day stay), wifi support spotty.

I have been to Elliott's restaurant twice now, once for lunch and once for dinner and I love it Tucked away in the Apex hotel on Waterloo place.

Visited last night (16th March). Food was great, really tasty but it was the service from Struan which really stood out. He was really informative and helpful, made the night even more enjoyable.

We loved it here. We are not hotel restaurant people just because of the wonderful choice around Edinburgh we like to venture out. But a couple of times we were too tired to leave the hotel and this place was a great option for us. The lemon chicken starter was so delicious. We got it to share but quickly realised we should've ordered two!! My partner had the pizza (for both sittings, which was freshly handmade and a good size pizza with generous topping) I had the fish and steak which were so flavoursome. I high recommend the Cullen Skink it was so delicious and such a unique way of serving it. Sticky toffee pudding was very nice. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful, they adjusted a cocktail for me which was so nice.
