Absolute Thai Edinburgh

This is undoubtedly the best Thai restaurant in Edinburgh! I'm continually impressed by the excellent quality of the food! The flavors are simply incredible, almost as if they have brought authentic ingredients straight from Thailand! Some of the dishes can be quite spicy, which was a delightful surprise for me! It's a small venue, so be sure to book a table! Overall, it was an amazing dining experience!

I ordered a beautiful panang tofu to take away, and it was delightful! The tofu was crispy, the grilled eggplant was fresh and flavorful, and the curry sauce was delicious. The dish had a nice variety of textures with different toppings. I apologize for not taking any photos; I was just too hungry!

A hidden gem! All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. They offer fantastic vegetarian and vegan options.

Absolutely thai is called aptly. a beautiful Thai man and woman cook their real Thai recipes for them just like thais themselves. there is no better indicator for authentic Thai food. absolutely thai and I love it. small restaurant is an attentive service. now December 2020 they can offer their delicious food only as a take to enjoy home. good things don't stay forever, so don't hesitate!
