Yo Sushi - Edinburgh, City of

Had to leave a review as the staff are just amazing. I came in to order a takeaway today and started feeling unwell. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. I will definitely be back- thank you to you all

A perfectly enjoyable lunch but it doesn’t take long to rack up nearly fifty quid on just a few plates of sushi and a couple of drinks. Food was nice, staff were pleasant and chatty but be prepared to fork out for it.

Sushi was like supermarket sushi; cold and tightly packed rice. The conveyor belt was more for decoration; you needed to order by flagging someone down, which was difficult. I guess we should have ordered everything at once but we were trying to wait for things we liked on the conveyor belt. So we ended up flagging down waiters often, which was a pain for us and them. Also very expensive!

Went here with the kids. Kids menu okay and the novelty was good for the family. Slighy pricy for what it was but good as a one-off.

Took some take away food during a work day and it was pretty clear the food had been sitting for a while not fresh which was disapointing given the price
