Mimi's Picnic Parlour

This location is small and only has a few tables, but it is fantasticly convenient for stopping in when heading up or down the Royal Mile. It is adorable with beautiful blue and white decorations, flowers by the main door, an ice cream window in the entryway and a shop overflowing with cupcakes and other beautiful cakes. They also have sandwiches, salads and cold drinks to take on the run. It was to great collective glee that Mimi’s opened a second shop, on the Canongate, a few months ago. This rejoicing was mainly among our city’s many cake connoisseurs, as Mimi’s shop on The Shore has long been favoured, including by our friend Cake Quest, as one of Edinburgh’s finest cake purveyors Not being blessed with a sweet tooth, I wasn’t caught up in the excitement to the same extent, but did make a note to visit as my office is not a million miles away I was eating on the go, today, as I had limited time between work commitments. Great sweet cupcakes. very well decorated, creamy and melty and all with delicious cream and decoration. we took coffee with the sweets. will be safe

O menor das lojas deste mini-chain de edimburg is na cidade velha, é perto de tudo, tem as mesmas delícias do pastel (eu amo a piearia que como nas terras de sua majestade) e hardly um defeito: barely um punhado de mesas, que rapidmente se turnam cheias. comi um brownie de snickers que é uma felicia perfeita e não pretendo tremer sem voltar.

Never been to lunch before it cannot comment. but what I'm going to comment on is their bucks and scorpses. Oh, her scones. the cheesy and silly son should die. it doesn't even need the creamy-white tinted cream or the very homemade skyberry jam. and their panes! they change them all the time so I don't know if I'm happy or upset about it. but a few favorites. the cheesecake, the peanut butter slice, the daim slice.
