Mcdonald's - Edinburgh, City of

Went to McDonald’s as I was desperate for the toilets and the toilets opposite were ones you had to pay for so decided as there was a McDonald’s opposite.The toilets were great,very clean and a faithful McDonald’s toilet.But one huge problem is in the men’s toilet,I got locked in the cubicles,I could get in but I couldn’t get out.There was a faulty lock.So if you need to use the toilets I strongly suggest you use the urinals.

3* review because we did come in for a mcflurry and unfortunately, due to unexplained circumstances. We were unable to order one. We opted for the Irn Bru drink which is a revelation as an english person. Me and my girlfriend also shared a cheese burger and mayo chicken. She said it was cold but I thought the temperature was optimum. Would return again.

I’ve been to mac donald’s many times and it never fails me! its always so delicious and i extremely recommend the vanilla milkshake

What a place!!! What was right Chips warm. What was wrong Both mens and womens toilets smelly and 80% out of use. Tables cramped together and when I saw a member of staff cleaning tables with a cloth and no spray it makes me think that’s common sense. No till roll in the self service tills. People sat In there who haven’t even ordered and one person with a kfc. Everything you touched felt sticky or old. Let down to stay and to be honest what a way to represent Edinburgh To have that at a busy station.

Just visited this establishment and I can only say we WILL NEVER BE BACK. This has to be the worst franchise ever. If McDonalds had “secret shoppers” this place would be closed down. The toilets were disgusting and even the restaurant floor was filthy and covered in food waste. I would imagine if public health paid a visit, the would close this establishment down.
