I was disappointed that my latte and butter croissant were not delivered to me.

The two women working this morning were full of energy and smiles. I felt very welcome and was treated as if I was the only customer there, even though there were others waiting.

This coffee shop appears a bit outdated. I have visited three times recently. They need to improve the cleanliness of the trays used for dining in and the tea pots are quite dirty. The prices are a bit high.

I was served by a lovely young girl, she had a genuine smile and she noticed I had a support on my hand and asked if I needed help, she was a new start but if that's how she keeps going she'll do well.

Friendly team and good service. Special mention to Peter for his Christmas jumper and Reka for her service with a smile.
