I was a regular customer since many years ago to move into the area and decided to try the online app for the first time. a few points that I have to address in the main, constructive criticism * the app is cumbersome and difficult to...Navigate registration process is not user-friendly. Maybe management should involve an IT specialist to optimize something *fast a discount is offered when they "top the app. I could not find out how to claim this * the app says that they can pay from paypal, but when they reach the checkout page, this option is not offered * a delivery period of pm was specified after ordering, but ordering did not come to pm (I understand that they are busy with self-isolators, but at least try to manage customer expectations) * the chips were already cold. good, they were not even chips,

Excellent eating. had just wobbled inferno pizza hot. perfectly cooked. my wife had a cal zone that she couldn't finish absolutely brilliant she'll be ready for dinner. new management excellent staff.

Large order not cheap also with the discount. eating was ice cold, chips were warming, brown/black and tasted like karton. no sauce to add some aroma to the dry mix. rang up and was said (by a polite man) that. he is very busy and would take some time to get me the sauce etc. I didn't say to disturb because eating was rotten and not eaten, he offered a free kebab next time. there will be no next time! it all went into the rubbish! what a total waste of money! vile

I first tried to order Ben and Jerry’s ice cream and they didn’t deliver because the driver couldn’t “find me” and told me to call Just Eats to get my money back!. I tried to order Ben and Jerry’s ice cream again from them and...they gave me the WRONG ICE CREAM??? THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!!!! DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Easily the worst takeaway I have ever had. Fish and chips, the batter was tough and chewy like it had been in the display for a week. The Pakora looked like something out of an abortion bucket. It was greasy stodgy **** with zero flavour....I have no idea how a place that sells this kinda **** is still in business
