Republic - Edina

Hands down to eat one of the places when you stop time. The bar tender was amazing, food had a lot of taste, good portions, mixed drinks were made perfect and very welcoming. If you haven't tried her food, you're missing. I enjoyed my thinking and I wouldn't mind having one again.

Amy and Spencer were really good hosts and servers. The menu is limited, but good and the beers on tap are on rotation and fresh and tasty. D. You can sit at the bar or at the bar and enjoy live music on Thursday and Friday afternoon. Have fun!

French Toast was good, also had the yogurt parfait before, it was also good.

We made a quick stop before our flight to DC. Service was great and our waitress was super funny and was in a really good mood. The place was busy as one might expect, but she so attentive. The burguer was good, specially the sauce. Fries were crisp and I had a blue moon. We would stop here again.

Before i say why it’s 2/5 i should mention the service was still good. The “tacos” were a sad representation and insult to Mexican culture. The taco shell was hard and soft, just a soggy mess, the pulled pork had no flavour and it seems they tried to smother chipotle on top the taco to balance the dryness. it just didn’t go well at all. They also have paper straws.
