Sonic Drive-in - Edgewood

This is likely the worst Sonic location I've visited. The parking spots are often blocked off with cones, which can be confusing and makes it unclear if they are even open. It’s difficult to place an order through the app when the parking is restricted and you can't pick up your food. Sonic, you need to improve! I'm really disappointed.

Failed to get our order. Literally waited 18 minutes it's a for two sodas so we just left. It wasn't even busy. Every other time, hamburgers are luke warm and extremely greasy and sloppy. When this sonic first opened the food was great and the service was decent as well. Now, it just seems like they just don't care about service or quality. We won't eat there again, sadly.

For the love of God, YOU HAVE TO PAY PEOPLE MORE! You make money by the labor of the employees. Everyone working works so hard and is friendly and professional. BUT it is so severely understaffed waiting boarders on absurdity and most folks give up. I don't even bother anymore. And it makes me sad because I love Sonic! Also enough with the Styrofoam cups! Ridiculous wait times, food is always gross. I?ve had hair in my food before. I?ve gotten so sick from this food almost every-time we eat here. I stopped coming here for awhile. But it being one of the few places to eat we have here. I knew I would come back eventually. I visited Sonic tonight, and the place was practically empty, so being short-staffed or busy wasn't the issue. I won't be returning to this location. They repeated my order correctly, but when it came to packing it up, they still managed to mess it up. Their solution for getting it wrong? Offering coupons for free items we didn’t receive. Unfortunately, that doesn’t satisfy my hunger right now. And to those who might say I should have checked my order before leaving, I shouldn’t have to play quality control for Sonic.
