They seem to have friendly employees when they did it before. However, check your food before you leave. I guess they were from objects and instead of telling me they just made their own substitutions (regular chicken sandwich instead of sharp and 6 cookies instead of 6 beignets) instead of asking.

First the service was great, my husband and my sons food was good. My 1/4 lbs popcorn shrimp was not edible, they were so dry and rocky hard I can't help but think they were sitting under the heat lamps most of the day. Next time I get chickens?

Ordered sharp 3 pieces of offers and received regular offers. The writer refused to exchange them or give a refund. They also wanted to calculate extra for spices.

I placed my order and 10 minutes later I got my food. I said something about them making the drive thru a priority and the girl Working there gave me a lame excuse about there were only 2 of them working there, that's funny I counted 6 people behind the counter. Does this mean the other 4 didn't work there they were just standing back there looking like they worked there. They also screwed my food up too. I ordered a classic fish sandwich and got the spicy one. I.was too tired to go up and complain then wait God knows how long for the right one. Needless to say this location will never see me anymore but I know they don't care.

Ordered and paid for a 2 piece white because the special was only for dark meat they said and they charged me $10 and I still ended up with the wrong piece of chicken that I paid more for worst experience
