I have never had a negative experience at this restaurant. The staff is friendly, the food is always prepared well with generous portions. It is a Subway restaurant.

The female staff working on Tuesday night were incredibly charming and kind. I arrived unknowingly right before closing time, but they graciously made me exactly what I wanted. I was extremely grateful and hungry! I truly appreciate the friendly customer service and the generous gesture of preparing my meal before closing. I will definitely be visiting this restaurant many more times in the future!

I have had multiple negative experiences at this restaurant recently. They only accept cash due to their credit card machine frequently being out of order. Today, I complained about this issue and decided to order online. The app estimated that my sandwich would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I returned to the store only 10 minutes later, my sandwich was already waiting on the shelf. Unfortunately, the bread was dry, the sandwich was squished, and the ingredients were spilling out. It was also overly salty, despite my not requesting any extra salt. This was the final straw for me with Subway. The last time I used their app, they made the wrong sandwich for me. Although the restaurant has been renovated and looks nice, the quality of the food and service has noticeably declined.
