Starbucks - Edgewater

I have been a regular customer at this Starbucks for over a year, mainly using the drive-thru. However, in the past month or two, there have been several instances where they have consistently gotten my order wrong. I usually order oatmeal and coffee, but lately all I have been receiving is oatmeal and coffee. It has become frustrating as I have noticed a decline in their attention to detail. I used to tip the staff, but I have since stopped due to the continuous errors in my order. Sometimes they give me watered-down oatmeal, or even dry oats instead of the proper meal. Despite these issues, I still visit this Starbucks every morning before work as it is conveniently located near my workplace.

This location for the chain managed to get better. This weekend I visited and had a rude checkout Barista who was insulted when I asked about the flavored syrups then read them off in a rush. I get it, the drive through is more important. Close the inside then, make it a drive through only. The place is crowded with unpacked merchandise anyhow. Then, what appeared to be someone in training proceeded to insult my order, like an eeww or something. This place keeps busy, but seems to go from good to abysmal as to service, cleanliness and manners at the staff level. What is the deal? I go to one of the chain stores a couple times a week, and this one consistently underwhelms.

I do love making my coffee fresh ground at home but I’ve also been coming here forever for treats for myself and for my kids. Everybody is always cheerful, Happy to help you and in a positive mood which is a really great way to start the day.I bring my daughters for dates and we have enjoyed having this place in our community. Today I tried something new apple crisp oat milk macchiato upside down. it’s my new LOVE! My son and I also enjoy the impossible breakfast sandwiches here! Cheers.

They have a really friendly staff and I haven't had wrongly made coffee in a long time. They're really holding it down. I now spend way too much money here.

I've been going to this location now as my morning commute has changed. I've never had any issues. I order ahead and my order has always been ready when I walk in, and they are friendly as well!
