Sanuki Sando Udon - Edgewater

I ordered the salmon jewelry box (top right). There was a generous portion of both the salmon swollen and wild salmon. The rice was perfectly cooked, but my favorite part was the shiso leaves. They added a lovely floral aroma to each bite, creating a great balance in the bowl! I do wish they used a different type of container for serving, but maybe that's just a change from the post-COVID era.

The fish here was incredibly fresh! It practically melted in my mouth... so delicious that I would definitely come back for more, 10/10!

Great place. They would get five stars from me when they went back to use real Wasabi.

My wife enjoys ordering Chirashi from this restaurant. I recently tried the Shoyu Poke bowl because I missed it from our trip to Maui. The Poke was good, but I would prefer it without all the extra toppings like rice, pickled seaweed, and avocado. I really just wanted the shoyu poke with some onions.

This store is in Mitsuwa market place. Food is very delicious but it takes too long ti make it. Sometimes they cancel orders via Uber when they’re busy. Staffs are no friendly too. $17 for lunch box of steak and garlic shrimp
