Dunkin' - Edgewater

The coffee had a bitter taste and the service from the staff was unfriendly.

The music inside the restaurant is too loud, making it difficult for the cashier to hear customers give their orders. This also prevents customers from having conversations at their tables. The counters and tables are dirty, even though the employees have time to stand around. Despite there being signs on the door and electronic menu board, I was told that they no longer have the salted caramel ice cream. It's unclear if this is true or if the cashier simply misheard my order.

Before my date in Baltimore, we decided to wait in line at this restaurant without stopping anywhere else. I ordered a maple bacon croissant sandwich and only received one pack of bacon. I also ordered a frozen hot chocolate but got a regular hot chocolate instead. I understand that the workers must be very busy, as I used to work at a different Dunkin' Donuts a few months ago. No hard feelings towards the workers.

Good service. tasty omelet bites, but expensive for what they get.

Went to this Dunkin before an appointment in Baltimore and the time spent in line made it so we couldn't stop elsewhere. I ordered a maple bacon croissant sandwich, and only got a bag of bacon. Ordered a frozen hot chocolate and received a hot chocolate.I'm sure these workers are dealing with a lot, a few months ago I worked at another Dunkin. Nothing against the workers.
