I've been a fan of Adams for many years. Today, I had the opportunity to compare their baby back ribs with those from Mission BBQ. I was surprised to find that the ribs at Adams weren't as tender as I expected.

I can't believe the size of the au jus sauce they gave me for my French dip. It was so small that it barely covered half the sandwich! To make matters worse, there were no napkins and no fork included for my side salad. I was in a rush and wanted to enjoy my lunch in the car, but that didn't happen! I've been trying this place out for weeks, and the service is just really disappointing.

I don't visit Adam's Ribs in Edgewater very often, but they serve excellent bar comfort food, including tasty appetizers. The bar area is quite dim, with minimal natural light, which is a minor drawback. Overall, it's a great place!
