Nice taco bell, not the best area but the food was pretty good and the dude running the window with the glasses was really nice. be careful when navigating the drive thru, its quite narrow and easy to hit the curbs if you are not careful. also entering and exiting the parking lot this taco bell location is in is a bit confusing but overall pretty good for a taco bell in that part of springfield.

People were very nice and the place was clean. 5 stars! felt like a valued customer.

Taco Bell has gone down the drain. I ordered 3 meals and literally had a small spoon of hamburger or chicken in each taco. The chicken quesadilla was just literally two pieces of paper and cheese. $35 down the drain. Taco Bell will never see my money again and I will tell everyone about the horrible food you serve. Time to stop making tacos also this was the west Springfield taco hell

I would rate this a 0 out of 5. But since Yelp doesn’t let me do this I put 1 out 5. We ordered some food for a lot of people for $60+ then someone stole our food without our knowing. We were waiting for 40 minutes our food. We asked them twice if someone stole our food. On the third time they said we gave it to you. BUT THEY DID NOT. So we asked for refund politely. A lady came up to us screeching and yelling at us. Her breath smelled like cigarettes. But They did not give a refund FYI. So upset ruined my day. Waste of time.

Me and my friend are high as balls and she is very particular about the way she likes her breadsticks so she gave a very descriptive example of how she wanted them at the drive thru and even tho we were lowkey annoying the guy at the window (bless his heart idk his name he was a homie fr was so nice and the breadsticks literally caused a tear to roll down her cheek it's like they were crafted by the gods, and they were: the gods that work at taco bell in west springfield ily all i think you all deserve a raise
