Wendy's - Edenton

Was in town from South Carolina stopped in to get a bit. I went through the drive through of course. I should have checked the bag. As we were handing out the food about 15min later just chit-chating. We opened the bag and two burgers were left out. We turned around and went back and told them about the mistake and they said they new it and had given our burgers to someone else. They refused to remake them instead had burgers left out for a calling that matched ours that was not picked up for 45min and made us take them. Be forwarded don't forget to check your bag.

Food was great, the service was a poor excuse for customer service. My husband and I ordered and when he went to modify our order the woman taking our order actually huffed at him like we were an inconvenience to her almost as if she wasn't being paid to do her job. He even told tye manager at the window about it and he never complains about service anywhere.

Not a big burger and fries guy but when I do this place never let's me down. Good around service with a smile.

Friendly and courteous. Food was hot and fresh. Service is just extremely slow.

Bathroom had no soap in dispenser. Soap bottle had no soap in it. Huge gnats around empty ketchup dispensers, sodas we nasty like over carbonated water. Had to get sweet tea and it was out! Out of a bunch of sodas. Floor was nasty greasy and the cooking area had fries all over it and trash and fry bags. I will never come here again! I should have gotten all 4 meals for me and my family for free. Do not come here! Only think was the fries that didn’t hit the floor were hot. My daughter got the wrong chicken sandwich after we waited about 20 minutes inside. Buns covered in grease.
