This is by far the worst Subway I 've ever been to. I placed an online order here last night. When I arrived at the time I was told it would be ready, the worker informed me that she hadn 't even started it. She continued serving people in line while working at a snail 's pace. Literally, I 've not seen anyone move slower in my life. I questioned if she 'd work on my order anytime soon or if I had to wait for everyone in line, and she said I had to wait (even though I placed my order about 30 minutes prior). No apology, no friendliness, just an attitude. And she continued to move so incredibly slow, it was painful. I asked if I could get a refund and leave since I 'd already paid for my order online. She told me I had to go online if I wanted to get a refund. Needless to say, I didn 't trust that I 'd ever get that refund so I just waited. I ended up waiting until 30 minutes after the designated time to get my food, an hour after the order was originally placed. This morning I called the manager of the store. He was completely unsympathetic of the situation and could not have cared less. His response was well, she 's a new employee. She 's been there for two weeks and you 're the only one who has complained about her. Are you kidding me? That is not a customer service driven response. Poor customer service and no sense of timeliness Definitely will never, ever return to this location!
We stopped in for a quick dinner tonight and were extremely disappointed. The meat was in the wrong place on the sandwich, which I understand sounds like a silly complaint, but it made it so half the bites you took were just vegetables and the sauce ended up all over the bread and the paper wrapper. It was kind of a disgusting mess. In addition, the server put a TON of sriracha on my sammie. I like spicy, but not as much as this kid thought I should, apparently.
Submitted an order online for express pick-up. I show up 20 minutes later and they hadn 't started my order. They then continued to take orders from everyone else in line at the time, and those who came in after me, before they started to work on my order. They were out of ingredients, half the drink machines didn 't work, and they got my order wrong...even though it was written down on paper for them. I waited in store for an additional 25 minutes, for a grand total of 45 minutes for an express order. Never again from this Subway- Chanhassen and Dell Rd. are better.
Food is usually consistent at subways but the professionalism often changes with locations. Went in today for lunch, my order was fine but service was bad. Consistency is everything on a sandwich and piles of veggies on one side and almost soup with too much sauce making the bread soggy. sandwiches with to much sauce are gross and a $8.00 trash contribution. But the worse part was the cashier who came up from the back without washing his hands and proceeded to wrap up our order. After bringing it to his attention he made us a new order, but the people in front of us didn't notice his unsanitary ways. I will not go to that subway again, being the unsanitary conditions of food handlers and the lack of care in preparing customers orders making the atmosphere feel rushed and bothersome.
