Starbucks - Eden Prairie

This was the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. They only got 1 out of 5 drinks right, and two of them were just water. My order wasn't complicated, yet they messed up three times with two of the drinks. In the end, we just gave up and took whatever they handed us. Honestly, I think the employee should be let go.

This is the nearest Starbucks to me, and unfortunately, it's really disappointing. The drinks are consistently underwhelming. I've gone back several times, hoping they'd finally get my order right, but even a basic cold brew just doesn’t hit the mark.

I visited the Starbucks located in Jerry's Foods and found that a small black coffee costs $2.85, which I consider to be overpriced. They've also removed the self-serve cream. When I asked for cream, the staff responded dismissively, saying, "We’ve added cream already... what more do you want?" I won’t be returning. Just a heads up: my eyebrows were raised at this experience.
