Mixed impressions. Food is good, but pizza is a bit hyped. Fantastic Prosecco tiramisu. Waited 10 minutes at the table before someone showed up, Hostess seemed pouty and preoccupied and it looked like the server was busy w a big group and didn't know we were sitting. Another table came long after us where different servers sat and had drinks and apps before we did, that should never happen. It was just before 5:00 and the dinner rush. Our server later warmed up to us and seemed to make an effort to catch up, but was at the first meeting away, while notebooks were more interactive with other tables Dunno, what it was about. Maybe she was overwhelmed. The owner should remind the young people on the staff that the real life is not a participation trophy and that the radiance of your emotions or the lack of it is not how successful restaurants are maintained. Very few customers would remember. Cudos in the kitchen, food came fast and was good. Some nice clear photos of the menu posted would be great, do not always want to hit links and rewritten keys to see what a place has when surfing.
Okay, the picture is not great, but since I moved to Minnesota Pizza Luce, was a favorite due to their gluten-free pizza crusts and other diet options. Molly bars and occasionally gluten-free seasonal dessert are fabulous. A few years ago they had a gluten-free apple cake dessert, which I remember today. Someone, I also started taking my children here and his slow has also become a favorite of them. I apologize for the words there, I love Pizza Luce and his hard sometimes to think coherently of a paragraph or two if you have so many good memories of their many restaurants.
We are visiting the area and went to another pizza Luce in the area earlier in the week and loved it so much we decided to come back and visit them. We had a large group and we ordered a wide range of food from Mac and cheese, meatballs, pizza, lasagna and other items. Everything was delicious! Also the brownies are amazing!
I don't live in the cities, I just pass through them regularly. In nine out of ten trips I stop for Pizza Luce because of their gluten free options.
